Take Back Your Power : The InPower Movement
How does the principle of "living water" manifest in the realm of rights
and social justice ? We feel the InPower Movement is a clear and powerful example
"Rights Life"
Rights - civil and human - concern the need of all human beings to be free from harm, injury, coercion or fraud ; to have equal protection under the law, and an equal say with others in creating these protections ("one person, one vote"). Basic freedoms and rights in America are enshrined in the U.S. Bill of Rights , and have been refined and extended since - a process by nature ongoing and continuous
Rights also concern protection of the environment - including of course the natural and physical environment, but also the social and economic environment common to all. "Rights life" strives to win basic freedoms, safety and a life with dignity - "a life worth living" for all members of society
Rights are first felt and recognized inwardly - within each person - as the need for freedom or protection, to unfold what the U. S. Declaration of Independence summarizes as "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". They evolve organically over time as different needs are felt to be hindered, threatened or denied, and action is taken to remedy this
Rights are established in society either through social interactions and agreements, or more formally, through the processes of law and government. Whatever forms or roles we may see "government" take
in our times, its core and most legitimate tasks lie always in this realm of freedoms and protections
But what do we do when government fails to protect us ?
Dire Threats - Decisive Measures
A potent set of tools to win rights urgently needed - needed possibly even for the survival of our human species - has been forged by the InPower Movement. We'll briefly frame these issues, point you towards the resources - and let InPower speak for itself
"New, Improved Technology" : Downsides Unacceptable

"New, Improved Technology" : Downsides Unacceptable
SMART METERS can cause serious health, personal privacy and cyber security problems - and more. Yet by 2020, more than 90 million of these devices will have been installed in American homes and workplaces, with virtually no warnings about risks. How did this happen - and what can you do about it now ?
Take Back Your Power
Smart meters were the first issue taken on by the InPower Movement, and this film by producer Josh del Sol gives eloquent background. We encourage you to watch it now, all the way to the end
Wireless Technology - Hardwired Risks
Smart meters belong to a larger set of problems that the InPower Movement is also grappling with
As much as we appreciate - and depend on - our cell phones, tablets, laptops and other electronic devices, they have a grave and irreducible flaw. The radiofrequency (RF) signals they operate on are more powerful than the frequencies our own bodies - and those of all other living things - are based on, or can tolerate over time. They're a source of breakdown and harm in living organisms, and the more exposure over the longer time, the more breakdown - with no lower limit
Whether we know it or not, these energies always require that we limit exposure times, and take systematic measures to protect and replenish ourselves. Over time, the consumer electronic devices mentioned can disturb the natural frequencies in our bodies, and cause serious health problems. But they're also at least somewhat voluntary, leaving us options to limit use, or turn off WiFi features when unneeded
But there are also still more powerful RF sources in our environment, capable of much more harm and damage, that cannot be turned off - ever. To these belong the smart meters in Take Back Your Power, nearby cell towers and high voltage power lines, and the next generation 5G networks planned for rollout in the near future
The hard fact of these technologies is that they're overwhelmingly more powerful than human beings and other living organisms can tolerate - this much has already been established by science. But in a disconnect of facts and policies that could eventually be fatal for us, there have been virtually no meaningful limits set on the RF they generate, by governments at any level ; and to the contrary, governments have actually been enlisted to protect these technologies from limits
At the same time, 5G networks - the most powerful such technology yet - are planned for universal rollout over the next decade
This situation illustrates a paradox of our times - one rarely brought to full consciousness, but still highly characteristic : namely the unequivocally harmful technology that can almost literally not be stopped
But with our lives and health seriously at stake, these technologies clearly must be stopped.
“Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.” - Frederick Douglass |
In It to Win It
The Inpower Movement has found ways to stop invasive, health and life threatening technologies - and put legal teeth in them. Initial target problems for action include
- Smart Meters
- 5G Networks
- Mandatory Vaccination
The working tool of the InPower is its Notice of Liability (NoL) process, laid out in step by step detail on its support website, with contact options for further help. We feel it's important that as many people as possible learn and use these tools
Find Your Way In
The first step in any learning process is observation : looking, listening, exploring what you mean to study, and learning its important features.
Similarly, the first step in any effective activism is that people become informed : that as many as possible know the basic facts of what they struggle for or against
The InPower Movement is taking on on a very large task for our common future - and it need coworkers. Each person can of course only contribute according his or her own abilities, and in the areas of concern closest to his/her own heart. But our experience is that when people actually do these things, activism moves ahead powerfully

the key legal principles it employs and an introduction to the tools of the Mass Action of Liability
- This interview of InPower founders Cal Washington and Josh del Sol by Jason Bawden Smith of EMF Warriors explores how and why the InPower Liability Action works - and what can be done with it from here

- Do the problems of smart meters, 5G networks or mandatory vaccination move you deeply and personally - and trigger the need in you to take real action ? Learn the tools of the Mass Action of Liability systematically - and get help as needed - on the InPower support website
We encourage you to learn all you can about the InPower Movement and the issues it's addressing ; and contribute your time, skills and/or money to this important Mass Action Action of Liability !
